Ryan Ruffcorn, AIA
Director of Capital Planning and Development
Ryan Ruffcorn, AIA, is the director of capital planning and development at WSU Spokane. At the Riverpoint Campus, he oversees master planning; design and construction of all campus facilities; space management, and property development. Ruffcorn also coordinates local real estate leases for the university. He has been with the university since 2001 and has overseen the planning and design of many of its research and technology-focused capital projects.
Ruffcorn is a registered architect in Washington State and a member of the American Institute of Architects. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies, both from WSU.
