Center
AHEC acts as a bridge between the university and communities, serves rural and underserved areas by supporting health care systems and personnel needs, assists communities with health policy recommendations, and helps with the implementation of community-development programs.
CityLab
WSU Spokane CityLab provides students and teachers with valuable experiences in biotechnology and related sciences and the benefits of inquiry-styled teaching, laboratory instruction, cutting-edge technology, and a strong mentoring system.
Interdisciplinary Design Institute
At the Design Institute, students and faculty from architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture collaborate with each other in advanced facilities and work closely with neighborhoods and communities to solve local problems.

Information Center
The only such resource in Washington State, the Drug Information Center (DIC) serves health care professionals by answering critical questions on drug use and its possible side effects.
Hearing and Speech Clinic
The Hearing and Speech Clinic offers screening,
evaluation, and rehabilitation for a broad range of
communication problems for people of all ages.
