Human Resource Services has been an integral part of the Spokane campus since 1996. In addition to meeting and communicating with prospective employees who inquire about WSU employment opportunities state-wide, we serve faculty and staff in northeast Washington, including:

The mission of Spokane Human Resource Services is to foster organizational
effectiveness by:
- Providing professional employment services that ensure fair and equitable access to university customers.
- Promoting positive employee/employer relations in which everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
- Providing employee development programs to create an effective and engaged workforce.
- Establishing policies and monitoring programs to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations, as well as university policies.
- Accurately processing and maintaining appropriate records necessary to support human resource functions throughout the University.
