Description
This survey is created for the Riverpoint campus to find out what people would like to have in terms of activities and events. The survey also collected contact information, so that people with similar interests can connect and partake in the mentioned activities.
Instructions provided to respondents
As the Riverpoint campus grows, we continue to need your guidance concerning options for wellness activities available on or near campus. The responses to this survey will inform the work of the Campus Wellness Collaborative as it develops programs for 2008. As students, faculty, staff and neighbors of the campus, your input is essential. You are key stakeholders for the community emerging in the heart of the University District, and customers for any services that may become available here. Please answer the questions as completely as possible. If you feel uncomfortable answering any question, please leave it blank. If you have any questions, please contact Kelly LaGrutta@wsu.edu.
