Kenny manages the network backbone for the Riverpoint Campus & Nursing Branch on the YVCC Campus in Yakima. Duties involve network security, routers, firewalls, wireless, building design, data center network, as well as more than 2000+ data ports and 850 phones.

Bart manages the campus data center, servers, accounts, printing, wireless, and oversees the help desk and desktop support.
Elijah Brophy, Database Administrator

Elijah provides support, administration, maintenance, and development for the WSU Spokane campus’ databases. In addition, he also provides support for Microsoft .Net application development.

Dale manages the servers housed at the College of Nursing, provides end user support for the Riverpoint Campus computers, printers, and associated hardware. He also is a card carrying electronics technician, and provides advanced hardware support.

Rick manages Riverpoint Campus SharePoint Services. He also provides end user support for the Riverpoint Campus computers, printers and associated hardware. In addition, he provides secondary support for other campus computer servers, systems and for the Angel system.

Loretta is the first point of contact for staff and faculty seeking technical assistance for campus technology issues. Responds to technical assistance via phone or electronically. Creates trouble tickets for other technical support.
Angela Earley, Systems and Network Specialist

Angela supports, data recovery, back up, EMBA Program, power management and power conservation to help WSU Spokane become an efficient and “green” environment. She is also back-up support in the campus network backbone, routers, and firewalls, as well as more than 2000+ data ports and 850 phones, systems administration, data center management and AD back-up administrator.
Brady Ratsch, Systems Support Specialist

Brady primarily supports users’ desktops and computer lab computers. He also is at the front lines of end user wireless support. He specializes in PDA and mobile device support.
