Saleh Elgiadi is the Director of Information Technology Services, Academic and Research Technologies (ITS-ART). He has oversight as well as strategic planning and policy development for the campus’ Academic and Research computing including distance learning technologies, High Performance Computing, classroom technologies, Learning Management System, videoconferencing systems, clinical simulation systems, video streaming services, multimedia authoring, and video production.

Daren Noe, Classroom Media Maintenance Technician

Daren maintains the audio/visual (A/V) systems in classrooms, meeting rooms, and teaching labs. He also maintains the AMX and Extron A/V control systems that allow instructors and operators to control the A/V technology. He provides design and installation of the classroom A/V and videoconferencing systems.

Jerry Reynolds, Multimedia Services Coordinator

Jerry supervises the Graphic Design services and the Multimedia Lab for the College of Nursing on the Riverpoint campus. He coordinates software acquisitions and curriculum support materials for nursing programs on the Spokane, Yakima and Tri-Cities campuses. He provides multimedia services for the campus ranging from converting analog signals to digital formats to producing high definition videos.

Karla is the Spokane site coordinator for WSU videoconferencing. She manages videoconference class scheduling, support staff scheduling for the classroom support help line, videoconference classes, meetings and classroom set-ups.
Matthew D. Blythe, Electronic Media Producer

Matthew helps develop and produce curriculum and promotional videos on the Riverpoint Campus. He develops web content for the College of Nursing and provides student support in the Nursing Multi-media Lab. He assists with the campus Learning Management System (ANGEL) issues and helps students with laptop and wireless issues.

Sicco manages the Learning Management System (LMS) for Washington State University and its campuses. Angel is currently utilized by 28,510 WSU students, faculty, and staff, and has 2,854 active online courses. This includes technical support to escalated issues for all campuses, and any other Angel and instructional technology related issues for the Spokane campus faculty, students, and staff. He also serves as the campus’ Elluminate Live! Administrator and is responsible for the server administration of the VBrick system.
Susan Lyons, Graphic Designer

Susan is the Graphic Designer and Illustrator for the College of Nursing. She provides curricular and presentation graphics to faculty with posters, podium presentations and publications. She also designs and produces infographics, illustrations and systems models.
