ANGEL SUPPORT

Angel, Washington State University’s Learning Management System, functions as the primary point of contact for students and faculty outside the classroom by organizing class communications and collaborations. Angel also offers multiple methods by which our students and faculty can interact with course content, including submitting assignments, downloading course content, and posting discussions or grades.

Benefits

Our technicians can help students familiarize themselves with the Angel interface and navigate through course content with ease. We can help instructors use instructional technologies; manage their course content; and change, add, delete, or merge course material. We can also guide users through Angel’s integration with third party instructional technologies, such as Turnitin anti-plagiarism, multimedia options, and Lecture Capture solutions.

Features

  •  Riverpoint ITS can help any student connect to Angel. We assist students with Angel basics, adding classes and educating them regarding Angel’s interface and options.
  •  Our technicians can also help instructors organize their courses in Angel, ensuring their students are connected to the course material.
  •  Our Angel support covers the entire scope of the learning management system; we can address and resolve questions and issues involving video and audio streaming, course evaluation, and mobile device support.

For more information about Angel and its features, contact the Technical Support Center, located on the third floor of the Academic Center (SAC Room 311).
