ENTERPRISE EMAIL & CALENDARING

Riverpoint ITS provides enterprise email service through Microsoft Exchange, which is run and maintained by WSU’s Pullman campus. Microsoft Exchange provides a true business-class email solution, incorporating powerful tools to improve user productivity, email security, and system performance.

Riverpoint ITS provides, supports, and maintains the campus-wide email system. Microsoft Exchange integrates with Microsoft Outlook, part of our standard software package, to allow users to send and receive messages, files, and calendar requests as well as manage their email account settings. Users can also access their email online by using the Outlook Web App.

Features

  •  Enterprise email is available to anyone with a campus network login and is provided as long as an individual is affiliated with Washington State University. It is included on all campus workstations as well as the Computer and Multimedia Labs.
  •  Enterprise email can help users coordinate meetings and schedule recurring events with both internal colleagues as well as external recipients and is a powerful tool for managing meetings using our Videoconferencing or Teleconferencing services.
  •  Enterprise email can also be linked to other web-based email services or linked to your tablet or smartphone. Staff and faculty can stay connected in the field or on the go.

Getting Started

To set up an email account, or for email questions, contact the Technical Support Center, located on the third floor of the Academic Center (SAC Room 311). Technicians are available Monday-Thursday 7:30am-8pm, Friday 7:30am-5pm, and Saturday 8am-5pm, excluding University holidays. Contact by phone at (509) 358-7748 or by email at spok.it.help@wsu.edu.

There are no costs associated with email services for Washington State University faculty or staff.
