EQUIPMENT REPAIR

The Technical Support Center can repair damaged or malfunctioning desktops, laptops, mobile devices, audiovisual equipment, printers and VoIP telephones. Our technicians can also correct software or program problems involving workstations and mobile devices.

Riverpoint ITS is dedicated to supporting our faculty and staff inside and outside of the classroom. Our technicians can apply their technical skills to repair institution-provided equipment, including: workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and other technology.

Features

  •  Average technical failures can expect a 24-hour repair turnaround time – many simple repairs will be completed right on the spot.
  •  While complex technical issues may require additional time for replacement parts and service, our technicians can keep you updated on the repair process and provide a time line for completed repair.
  •  Our central focus is on providing support of institution-supplied equipment used to better the education of our students; however, Riverpoint ITS may also be able to assist with personal equipment. If our technicians cannot resolve a technical issue with a piece of personal equipment, we may be able to assist you with warranty information or refer you to outside repair resources.

Need equipment repaired? Contact the Technical Support Center, located on the first floor of the Academic Center (SAC Room 120). Technicians are available Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, excluding university holidays. Contact by phone at (509) 358-7748 or by email at spok.it.help@wsu.edu.

Rates

There are no costs associated with repair of institution-supplied technology. There may be costs charged by manufacturers for replacement parts or service of personal equipment. Contact the Technical Support Center for more information.
