MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS & CONTRACTS

Riverpoint ITS manages service and warranty agreements and contracts for all IT related equipment and technical systems on the Riverpoint campus. This service allows departments and institutional partners the ability to acquire technical system solutions while ensuring an effective maintenance or warranty plan is in place.

To combat this, Riverpoint ITS can manage maintenance agreements or contracts – enabling your department or institution to implement technical solutions while mitigating upkeep costs.

For information regarding maintenance contracts, contact the Technical Support Center, located on the first floor of the Academic Center (SAC Room 120). Rates

There are no costs associated with warranty contract management for customer-purchased technologies. While the customer is responsible for obtaining the maintenance agreement, Riverpoint ITS will monitor and manage the system vendor performance.
