Terren Roloff, the director of communications and public affairs, joined WSU Spokane in 2013. She has an extensive background in communications and community relations in Spokane's public education and health care sectors. She was the director of community relations for Spokane Public Schools for 15 years. Prior to that, she served 10 years as community relations specialist for Empire Health Services.

Roloff holds a BA in journalism from Eastern Washington University; she completed two years of her studies at WSU.

Nancy Fike joined WSU Health Sciences Spokane in October 2013 as director of campus and regional development.  Prior to joining WSU Spokane, she was director of philanthropy for WWAMI Spokane—part of the University of Washington's medical education program that serves Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana, and Idaho. She also has served as director of development for the Gonzaga University School of Law and was district director for former U.S. Congressman George Nethercutt. Fike has a B.S. degree in physical therapy from the University of Washington.

Heather Byrd joined WSU Spokane in August 2014.  Prior to joining WSU Spokane, she was the Director of Development and Communications for The Salvation Army of Spokane. She has an extensive background in community and media relations, marketing, fundraising and special events, including 10 years working in the local media at both KXLY and KREM Television.

Byrd has a BA in Broadcast Journalism and Communications from Washington State University, as well as secondary degrees in Business Administration and Leadership Development from WSU.

Cori joined WSU Spokane in 2007 after graduating from EWU. She was in the military for 10 years as a dental technician and services personnel. She also has 25 years experience with photography.

Cori graduated for Eastern Washington University with a BA in visual communications design and an interdisciplinary BA with an emphasis in earth science education and photography.

Doug Nadvornick joined WSU in 2010 after a long career in radio, most of it as a reporter and host. He worked in public radio for 20 years as news director for Spokane Public Radio and, later, as a regional correspondent in north Idaho for 12 public radio stations. He has also worked as a writer and editor for the Pacific Northwest Inlander and worked a three-month fellowship at National Public Radio.

Doug graduated from WSU in 1984 with a bachelor's degree in communications.

Connie joined WSU Spokane in January 2011. She previously worked at the Dept. of Veterinary Clinical Sciences as a Program Manager in Pullman for 25 years before joining Spokane Communications and Development group.

Connie graduated from Eastern Washington University with a BS and MS in geology and was an exploration geologist in Tulsa and Denver before joining WSU.
