Transcript Requests
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Transcript Orders during University Closure - 12/26/11 - 12/30/11
The Registrar's Office will be closed from December 26th through December 30th in compliance with Washington State University's policy to close all non-essential business operations during this week.
Order transcripts online
Between 12/26 and 12/30 the Online Transcript Ordering System will be available to submit transcript requests. However, transcripts will not be mailed or available for pickup at the Pullman registrar’s office until the office is re-opened on January 2, 2012.
Important: All transcripts ordered using this system are mailed from the Pullman campus or held at the Registrar's Office in Pullman for pick up. Order a transcript online. (Note: this website also allows students to view or print an unofficial WSU transcript for personal use.)
Print a transcript request form
Between 12/26 and 12/30 the following processes will be in place –
- “Rush service” transcript requests received from Friday, December 23 through Sunday, January 1, will be mailed or available for pickup after 3:00 pm on the next business day after the closure which is Monday, January 2, 2012.
- “Regular service” transcript requests received from Friday, December 23 through Sunday, January 1, will be mailed or available for pickup after 3:00 pm by the 4th business day after the closure which is Thursday, January 4, 2012.
Print a Transcript Request Form (PDF) to order an official transcript from the WSU Spokane Registrar's Office.
- Transcript requests must be signed and include payment.
- Transcripts cannot be ordered via telephone.
Notes:
- All WSU coursework is recorded on a single transcript.
- No transcript orders will be accepted by telephone request.
