Undergraduate

WSU Spokane houses three undergraduate degree completion programs, in nursing, nutrition and exercise physiology, and speech and hearing sciences. Students interested in these programs must complete the first two years of study at another institution prior to starting their programs at WSU Spokane.

Nursing admits fall and spring. Nutrition and exercise physiology admits summer and fall. Speech and hearing sciences admits for fall only. Nursing and Nutrition & Exercise Physiology are closed for Summer/Fall 2013.

Since application fees are non-refundable, please check with WSU Spokane Admissions (509-358-7537) before you apply if you're unsure about which semester or application form to use. Online applications are preferred, but PDFs are available for download and printing if necessary.

Nursing Students-No longer accepting applications for Summer or Fall 2013.

Students applying to the BSN or RN-BSN programs must complete a two-part application process.
  • Step 1: Apply to Nursing CAS (BSN students) or the College of Nursing (RN-BSN students)
    Please read the application instructions for your program of choice before applying. For additional information call 509-324-7337 (BSN) or 509-324-7305 (RN-BSN).

  • Step 2: Apply to WSU
    Use the appropriate application from the options below. After you have applied to Nursing CAS (see step 1), only students who are being considered for admission will be required to complete the WSU application. Do not apply to WSU until the College of Nursing notifies you that you are being considered.

Transfer Students

  • Fall 2013  - Speech & Hearing Sciences only.
    Use this application if you have attended college since graduating from high school (not including the summer immediately following your graduation). $50 nonrefundable application fee.

    Use this application if you are not a citizen or permanent resident of the United States.  Undergraduate only. See below for graduate and professional school applications. $50 nonrefundable application fee.

Postbaccalaureate Students

  • Summer or Fall 2013
    Use this application if you already have a bachelor's degree and will be earning an additional undergraduate degree or certification, or are taking courses in preparation for a graduate degree. $50 nonrefundable application fee.

Former WSU Students

  • Summer or Fall 2013
    Use this application if you previously enrolled at any WSU campus and have been away for more than one semester. If you were not in good academic standing your last semester at WSU, you may need to be reinstated. $25 nonrefundable application fee.

Non-Degree Students

    Use this application if you don't intend to complete a degree at WSU and will be taking courses for personal enrichment, to transfer to another college, or for a teaching endorsement. $25 nonrefundable application fee.
