Undergraduate Tranfer:
Nursing admits Fall and Spring.
Nutrition and Exercise Physiology admits Summer into Fall only.
Speech and Hearing Sciences admits for Fall only.

Since application fees are non-refundable, please check with WSU Spokane Admissions (509-358-7531) before you apply if you're unsure about which semester or application form to use.  Online applications are preferred, but PDFs are available for download and printing if necessary.

Transfer-Summer 2012 Use this application if you have attended college since graduating from high school (not including summer immediately following your graduation.  PDF Option $50 application fee (nonrefundable)

Former WSU Student  Use this application if you previously enrolled at any WSU campus and have been away for more than one semester.  If you were not in good academic standing your last semester at WSU, you may need to be reinstated.  PDF Option   $25 application fee (nonrefundable) 

Non-degree.  Use this application if you don't intend to complete a degree at WSU and will be taking courses for personal enrichment, to transfer to another college, or for a teaching endorsement. PDF Option  $25 application fee (nonrefundable)
