Western regional graduate program
Residents of the following states are eligible to enroll in the Washington State University Spokane graduate program in Health Policy and Administration (HPA), at Washington resident tuition rates:

HPA membership in the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE) Western Regional Graduate Program (WRGP) makes this possible.
Eligible students who have fulfilled undergraduate prerequisites should apply for admission to the program through the regular admission process and identify themselves as WICHE WRGP applicants. Part-time students are eligible to participate in WRGP if they have been admitted to a WRGP program.
