How to view & pay your student account
You can use your network ID and password to view your WSU student account at www.my.wsu.edu. There are a number of ways that you may pay your tuition and fees:
- You can pay your account at zzusis using an electronic check or credit card. The university strongly recommends utilizing an electronic check as it is generally a faster, easier, and less expensive form of payment. Payments made by electronic check or by credit card before 3:30 pm Monday through Friday should be posted to your account by the next business day. Electronic check or credit card payments received after 3:30 pm Monday through Friday should be posted to your account by the second business day. Be sure to check your account at that time to ensure payment was properly applied.
- You can pay in person by check, cash, electronic check or credit card in the WSU Spokane Student Affairs office located in Room 130 of the Academic Center. Payments made by in-person delivery before 3:00 pm Monday through Friday should be posted to your account by the next business day. In-person payments received between 3:00 and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday should be posted to your account by the second business day. Be sure and check your account at that time to ensure payment was properly applied.
-
Payments sent through the US Postal Service will be posted to your account the first business day after receipt. Late fees will be applied to your account if payment sent through US Postal Service arrives after the due dates. You can mail a check made payable to WSU to:

Important notices
Your payments to WSU
Beginning Fall 2008, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards will be accepted for tuition, fees, and course-related expenses on your student account. These payments will be processed by Official Payments, a company specializing in credit card processing. There will be a 2.5% convenience fee charged by Official Payments. Due to a percentage-based convenience fee being applied (which in most cases is less than VISA's fixed fee), VISA has chosen not to participate, and will therefore no longer be accepted. To avoid extra fees pay with a no cost e-check.

WSU payments to you
Effective July 1, 2008, WSU will no longer be handing out checks from the Student Affairs office, due to new federal regulations governing how universities monitor financial aid distributions. WSU will send a deposit to your personal bank account if you've signed up for direct deposit. WSU will mail a check to your primary mailing address if you haven't requested direct deposit. To authorize funds be directly deposited, go to http://www.wsu.edu/studacct/directdeposit.htm and complete the Direct Deposit Self Service form.
