Transcript Requests

Order a transcript online
Important: All transcripts ordered using this system are mailed from the Pullman campus or held at the Registrar's Office in Pullman for pick up. (Note: this Web site also allows students to view or print an unofficial WSU transcript for personal use.) -
Print a Transcript Request Form (PDF)
This form may be used to request an official transcript from the WSU Spokane Registrar's Office and can be submitted by mail, fax, or in person. Transcripts cannot be ordered by phone. All transcript requests must be signed and must include payment. All WSU coursework is recorded on a single transcript.
