TUITION & FEES: FALL 2014–SPRING 2015

Please note that the first figures of this chart list undergraduate resident, graduate resident, and non-resident tuition rates per semester. Several programs have different rates: pharmacy (see below), graduate nursing (see below), and WWAMI (see below).

Tuition and fees are due the first day of class which is August 25, 2014 for the Fall and January 12, 2015 for the Spring. The charges will be online one week before the start of classes. If you are receiving financial aid, it will not be visible until the Thursday night before classes begin.

WSU does not mail billings for tuition and fees. The information is available online and you can easily access your account at zzusis then select Finances to see what you owe and pay online at that time. Please share this information if someone else pays your tuition.

Disenrollment

If disenrolled for non-payment of tuition and mandatory fees, all charges are still due and payable and must be received before grades, transcripts, or diplomas are issued.

Late fees

Fall 2014

If tuition and mandatory fees are not received at WSU by:

  • September 9, 2014, a late fee of 3% will be added.
  • September 23, 2014, an additional 5% will be added.
  • October 7, 2014, an additional 7% will be added.

Spring 2014

If tuition and mandatory fees are not received at WSU by:

  • January 27, 2015 a late fee of 3% will be added.
  • February 9, 2015, an additional 5% will be added.
  • February 24, 2015 an additional 7% will be added.
  • May 8, 2015, disenrollment occurs.

Disenrollment

If disenrolled for non-payment of tuition and mandatory fees, all charges are still due and payable and must be received before grades, transcripts, or diplomas are issued.

HOW TO VIEW & PAY YOUR STUDENT ACCOUNT

You can use your network ID and password to view your WSU student account at zzusis. There are a number of ways that you may pay your tuition and fees:

  • You can pay your account at zzusis using an electronic check or credit card. The university strongly recommends utilizing an electronic check as it is generally a faster, easier, and less expensive form of payment. Payments made by electronic check or by credit card before 3:30 pm Monday through Friday should be posted to your account by the next business day. Electronic check or credit card payments received after 3:30 pm Monday through Friday should be posted to your account by the second business day. Be sure to check your account at that time to ensure payment was properly applied.
  • You can pay in person by check or cash in the WSU Spokane Student Affairs office located in Room 130 of the Academic Center. Payments made by in-person delivery before 3:00 pm Monday through Friday should be posted to your account by the next business day. In-person payments received between 3:00 and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday should be posted to your account by the second business day. Be sure and check your account at that time to ensure payment was properly applied.
  • Payments sent through the US Postal Service will be posted to your account the first business day after receipt. Late fees will be applied to your account if payment sent through US Postal Service arrives after the due dates. You can mail a check made payable to WSU to:
