COVID-19 Innovation Challenge

Your creative idea might help us solve a current or future problem

Do you have an idea that addresses a COVID-19 hardship or challenge? Could this idea potentially help us navigate this and future pandemics? If so, we want to hear from you!

The COVID-19 Innovation Challenge is open for all community members located in the Inland Northwest who have an idea that might offer a solution for living with the issues of COVID-19, such as:

  • Inhibiting the spread of infection
  • Overcoming supply chain disruptions
  • Supporting tasks of daily living

The top three ideas selected will each win a robust package of prizes designed to enhance the likelihood of success for getting your product to market. In addition to $25,000 for product and prototype development, each winner will receive mentorship across all phases from feasibility testing to product launch, including:

  • Prototyping guidance, including access to manufacturers
  • Market validation
  • Field testing
  • Intellectual property protections
  • Funding connections
  • Scalability support
  • Manufacturing
