Human Resource Services presents a New Employee Orientation that is designed as a 3-part workshop over the course of 1 day. In the morning, we conduct the first portion which is applicable to all employees. In the afternoon, we split off into 2 different retirement sections depending on what your employment type is; there are different retirement options for different employment types. Purchasing Card: Reconcilers and PaymentNet4 Users: Required for staff members new to PCard reconciliation responsibilities and recommended for experienced PCard Reconcilers. The course content includes: The role and responsibilities of the PCard Reconciler, organizing and maintaining PCard documentation, an overview of budget coding elements used for transaction reconciliation, PaymentNet4 basics, such as: system set up, access, reconciling transactions, and reporting, PaymentNet4 deep dive into more advanced topics, such as: tax, coding splits, transaction queries, and restricted transaction reporting, tips and tricks for: checking the balance on cards, looking up declines, identifying disputes, and submitting fraud cases. The annual Car Care Fair is this Saturday, October 12 from 9am – 3pm at Spokane Community College. Automotive Specialists will provide a FREE vehicle inspection on air filters, belts/hoses, lights, vital fluids, tire pressure/wear and wiper blades.
