Suicide Prevention Training

Did you know….
Suicide is the second-leading cause of death among 10 – 34-year-olds? And nearly one-third of Washington State college students have experienced depression in the past year?
Attend a Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) Suicide Prevention Training next week.
You will learn:
- How to recognize suicide warning signs
- Ways to initiate conversation with someone you are concerned about
- Methods of providing help and hope
There will be two training opportunities next week open to all WSU and EWU students, staff, and faculty on the Spokane campus. Lunch and/or snacks will be provided. Space is limited. Please RSVP at the links below prior to the date of the training.
