Allen I White Lecture Series-College of Pharmacy

Dr. Julie Johnson, Dean and distinguished professor in the College of Pharmacy at the University of Florida will speak at the Allen I. White Lectureship series.   Dr. Johnson will present, “Advancing patient care through Pharmacogenomics.”

The first Allen I. White lecture was held in 1981. Speakers are chosen to reflect Dr. White’s professional philosophy: effective leadership does not simply accept change, but views it as an ongoing professional challenge to be grasped and shaped to meet the needs of society.  White was on the facult at the WSU College of Pharmacy for 39 years, with the last 19 years of those spent as dean of the college.
