Donors needed for Nov. 13 campus blood drive
Join your fellow Cougs, be part of something bigger than yourself and donate blood on Nov. 13 from 12:45 – 3:15 p.m. in the Orange 1 parking lot.

Check in first at the Vitalant table in the SAC lobby.
Reminder: The health history form must be completed the same day as the donation. It cannot be completed a day or two ahead of time.
To help streamline the donation process, you may now complete your health history questionnaire online before you come to the drive. Once completed, a Fast Track Ticket will generate. The health history must be completed the same day you donate. It cannot be completed a day or two ahead of time. Access the questionnaire here.
Important: Before you start the questionnaire, please enter your first and last name exactly as it appears on your donor ID card (if you don’t have a card, use your legal name). Do not use punctuation marks or special characters unless you see it on your ID card.
