Patrick Tabon, PharmD:  Dr. Tabon is Clinical Pharmacist with Monarch HealthCare in Irvine CA. He has experience working with patients in the Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) as well as patients on anti-retroviral (ART) therapies in the Los Angeles Area. He oversaw pilot programs from a central distribution site and was team lead for 5 employees. Monarch HealthCare is part of OptumCare, a leading health care delivery organization that is reinventing health care to help keep people healthier and feeling their best. Dr. Tabon is a WSU College of Pharmacy PharmD grad, Class of 2012. He also recently received the Optum Superhero Award.
