The Department Chairs and Directors Training Workshops are designed to address the needs of current and experienced chairs, faculty and administrators of academic units.
Human Resource Services collaborates with the Office of the Provost to coordinate this annual series addressing such topics as faculty performance reviews, personnel issues, recruitment, leadership and communication.
Advancing Faculty at WSU
As the fall semester gets underway, it is time to get those tenure and promotion files reviewed and routed. This session will delve in the WSU-specific policies as well as evidence-based best practices to ensure your unit’s faculty get properly advanced. Both Career and Tenure Track processes will be covered.
