Department Chairs and Directors Workshop

The Department Chairs and Directors Training Workshops address the needs of current and experienced chairs, faculty and administrators of academic units.
Human Resource Services collaborates with the Office of the Provost to coordinate this annual series addressing such topics as faculty performance reviews, personnel issues, recruitment, leadership and communication.
From Colleague to “Boss”
This session helps you navigate conflict and develop trust-building communication processes and culture. This training session is designed as an interactive workshop. Time will be allowed for your questions and comments.
