EWU Police Chief safety Workshop

EWU Police Chief Tim Walters will present a workshop aimed at those who work in forward-facing positions, dealing with students, parents, visitors and others. The workshop, “Responding to Conflict While Maintaining a Safe and Professional Environment,” will provide information about office space and safety, responding vs reacting, handling challenging customers, and prevention tools for dealing with confrontations.  To sign up, contact Jessica Torres at j.torres@wsu.edu or call 358-7566. 

This workshop is open to all staff and faculty on campus, WSU, EWU, and UW employees and will provide safety training for your toolkit when working with others who are emotional, angry, or frustrated.
