Customer Service at WSU
WSU strives to provide an exemplary service experience to its clients. This is a challenge for an institution this large and distributed across so many locations and serving a diverse client base. This interactive workshop focuses on the “Customer Service Skills” that make WSU memorable to students, to their parents, and to each other.
