Inland Northwest Research Symposium

April 1, 2016 @ 9:00 am - 12:30 pm

The Inland Northwest Research Symposium is an excellent opportunity to interact with faculty and developing scholars from a variety of disciplines. This is a chance to view poster presentations and learn from experienced scholars during thought-provoking presentations. Come join the students and faculty as they have prepared research posters about ongoing and current research projects on campus.  This event brings many students from WSU, EWU, Gonzaga, and groups around the area of Spokane and Coeur d’Alene as they join efforts to present their research at this annual event.

Everyone is invited to partake of their research efforts and speak to the researchers in person.  This is a unique event that delights everyone with the amount of effort and time involved in their projects.

Poster presentations run from 9-11 a.m.

Keynote presentations begin at 11 a.m. and conclude at 12:30 p.m. Elissa Schwartz, PhD will present, “Insights into the 2009 H1N1 influenza outbreak in Pullman, WA using computational modeling,” and Yvette Roubideaux, MD, MPH, will present, “Preventing diabetes in American Indian communities: Research to policy to practice.”  Come join the fun!

All students, faculty, and staff are invited.
