This interactive discussion, facilitated by Dr. Lucia Peixoto, Dr. Radha Nandagopal and Associate Dean Leila Harrison, will focus on what can be done to reach gender parity in medicine.  In preparation for this discussion: Please read the article  What’s Holding Women in Medicine Back from Leadership that proposes how organizations can begin addressing factors contributing to gender disparities in the field.
