Glenn Prestwich will present An Accidental Entrepreneur – From Bugs to Drugs on Tuesday, Oct. 15 from 12 – 1 p.m. in SAC 347.
Prestwich is currently the President’s Distinguished Professor at Washington State University and the founding director of WSU’s Entrepreneurial Faculty Ambassador program WSU. He also serves as the Chief Science Officer for the clinical-stage biotechnology bay area company Symic Bio, Inc and the preclinical company GlycoMira Therapeutics. During his 42 years as a faculty member, he has more than 650 publications (H-index 94) and more than 33 issued patents and has trained more than 125 postgraduate scientists.
