Hearing on Proposed Amendments to the Washington Administrative Code—Renewable Energy System Incentive Program
Washington State University will conduct a public hearing on proposed new WAC chapter 504-49 – Renewable Energy System Incentive Program on April 12, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. in Lighty Student Services Building, Room 401, Pullman, WA; SAC 503A, WSU Spokane, Spokane, WA; Floyd 209, WSU Tri-Cities, Richland, WA; VCL 219, WSU Vancouver, Vancouver, WA; Everett Seminar Room 261, WSU Everett, WA; Crimson Conference Room 300, WSU Energy Program, Olympia, WA; and Conference Room 2, WSU West, Seattle, WA.
You may attend the hearing by telephone, call (509) 358-7935 then enter the meeting ID 3056 when prompted. If attending by telephone, call into the hearing no later than 4:05 p.m. Notice of this public hearing is hereby given in accordance with provisions of RCW 34.05.320(4). The university is adding new rules regarding the administration of the state renewable energy system incentive program for citizens, businesses, and utilities.
The University will adopt the new rules based on the statutory authority found in RCW 28B.30.150.
