Retirement Benefits Session with HRS Benefits Director

Ann Monroe, HRS Benefits Director, will present a series of benefits and retirements sessions for faculty and staff on the Spokane campus on Wednesday, August 29.
Ann also will be available for 20-minute one-on-one sessions from 11:15 a.m. – 12:35 p.m. in SAC 141. To schedule a session, please contact Emily Christensen at 509-358-7663. Sessions are limited and will be on a first come-first served basis.
Pre-Retirement Seminar

Do You Know How Your Retirement Plan Works? What about the Voluntary Investment Programs?
Time: 2:45 – 4:15 p.m.

WSU offers two voluntary retirement plans that anyone can participate in: the Deferred Compensation Plan (DCP) and the TIAA Voluntary Investment Program (VIP). These accounts allow employees to save additional retirement monies of a pre- or post-tax basis, over and above their regular plan. Learn how these plans may help with your overall savings goals and work with your regular retirement plan.
