Sleep and Performance Research Center-Seminar

Charlotte Gupta (third-year graduate student) will present Shiftwork and eating behaviour: the impact of eating during the night on simulated driving performance and the meal timing of support workers.’  Ms. Gupta will present a seminar in the SPRS conference table in the human sleep lab. She is a graduate student under the supervision of Drs. Siobhan Banks and Jill Dorrian at the University of South Australia. 

Charlotte is a third year PhD student at the Sleep and Chronobiology laboratory at the University of South Australia, with a background in psychology. Charlotte investigates the eating patterns of shiftworkers and worked on a large laboratory study investigating the impact of different sized meals on performance during the nightshift.
