Sleep and Performance Research Center Seminar Series

Dr. Anastasi Kosmadopoulos will present “The Influence of Split Sleep-Wake Schedules and Daytime Sleep Strategies on Neurobehavioural Performance.”

Dr. Kosmadopoulos is a postdoctoral fellow at the Centre for Study and Treatment of Circadian Rhythms at McGill University. He was awarded his PhD at the Appleton Institute, Central Queensland University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with honours at the University of South Australia. His research to date focuses on the interactions between sleep and circadian rhythms and their effects on performance, fatigue and health behaviours in the laboratory and in the field.
