Spring Technology Forum

Learn about new tools and techniques to engage your students.

As a follow up to its fall event, Academic Outreach & Innovation (AOI) is facilitating a spring academic technology forum on Wednesday, April 5. The daylong event, which is a multi-campus collaborative effort which includes Education Technology at WSU Spokane, is open to faculty on all WSU campuses.

Hear from your colleagues about how they are using academic technology to engage students in the learning process. Workshops include lessons learned about web conferencing and videoconferencing – and the difference between the two platforms, demonstrations on a variety of tech tools that faculty are using now, and how to use social media to connect with and engage students.

All forum workshops will be connected to a videoconferencing-enabled classroom on each WSU campus, and a complimentary lunch will be served.
