The Department Chairs and Directors Training Workshops are designed to address the needs of current and experienced chairs, faculty and administrators of academic units.
Human Resource Services collaborates with the Office of the Provost to coordinate this annual series addressing such topics as faculty performance reviews, personnel issues, recruitment, leadership and communication.
Faculty Annual Review Process
It’s beginning to feel a lot like faculty annual review time! In this session, attendees will discuss pre- and post-tenure review processes as well as the annual review processes for career track faculty.
