Dust off those running shoes - the Cougar Dash 5k is April 22! The 5k course takes runners on the Centennial Trail around campus. The race begins at 10:00 a.m. with registration and check-in beginning at 8:30 a.m. It's just $5 to register runners 13 years old and up, and proceeds go to the local Ronald McDonald House Charity.
