Medical Students Celebrate Match Day
Match Day for medical students is the day they find our where they will be conducting their residency training.
Medical residencies are the trainings students get after four years of medical school. Residencies can be any number of years long, depending on the student’s specialty.
WWAMI medical students on the WSU Spokane campus found out today where life moves next.
Thirteen fourth-year medical students were assigned, and five will remain in Spokane. Others will head to places like Tacoma, Salt Lake City, Rochester, Minn., and more.
