Schulz Academic Center building), which can be used by any patron. We ask that patrons limit their time on a computer to <strong>one-hour at a time<\/strong> to ensure sufficient access for all. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wsu-note  wsu-note--border-autumn\">\n\t\t\t<i class=\"wsu-note__icon wsu-icon wsu-i-warning-caution\" aria-label=\"Icon label\"><\/i>\n\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wsu-note__title\">\n\t\t\tLog out of personal accounts\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\n\n<p>Patrons are responsible for logging out of any personal accounts and deleting any downloaded or saved documents at the end of their computer session.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The Library\u2019s computers are equipped with Microsoft Office suite software.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wsu-cta \" >\n\t<a \t\t\t\t\thref=\"https:\/\/spokane.wsu.edu\/its\/tech-support\/\"\t\n\t\tclass=\"wsu-button  wsu-button--size-small\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\tInformation Technology at WSU Spokane\t\t\t<\/a>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chromebooks<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Library offers ten Chromebooks to check out to students, staff, and faculty. These are restricted to students, staff, and faculty borrowers. Those technologies includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\" wsu-list--columns-2\">\n<li>Calculators<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Headphones<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chargers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Happy lights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n    <\/div><\/section>\n\n<section  class=\"wsu-section  wsu-width--full wsu-position--relative\"  >\r\n    <div class=\"wsu-section__inner wsu-width--content\">    \n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading  wsu-heading--style-marked\" id=\"wsu-anchor--printing\">Printing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The following instructions are for individuals printing assignments, documents, and other materials. A full array of printing services such as stationery, business cards, design, and more is provided by <a href=\"https:\/\/printing.wsu.edu\/\">WSU Design &amp; Printing Services<\/a> housed in Pullman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Printing Instructions for WSU Students<\/h3>\n\n\n<div class=\"wsu-note wsu-spacing-before--xmedium wsu-note--border-autumn\">\n\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wsu-note__title\">\n\t\t\tWEPA Account\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\n\n<p>You automatically have a WEPA account that will use Cougar Cash or WEPA account balance to print.&nbsp;You <strong>must<\/strong> have a balance on either of these methods to pay for prints.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wsu-note  wsu-note--border-pacificsky\">\n\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wsu-note__title\">\n\t\t\tCopyright Law\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\n\n<p>The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, U.S. Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. The person using this equipment <strong>is responsible<\/strong> for any infringement.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Option 1: Upload to WEPA website<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\" start=\"1\">\n<li>Go to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wepanow.com\/login\">WEPA website<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>School<\/strong> pulldown menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose \u2018<strong>Washington State University (WSU)<\/strong>\u2019 and wait for the WSU Login page to load.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the WSU Login page enter your Network-ID and password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the WEPA Welcome page, click on the blue \u2018Members Area\u2019 link.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Document Upload <\/strong>(ignore pop-up print driver recommendation).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drag and drop files to the indicated area, or click <strong>Choose your file<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set your print options then click \u201cSend Print Options\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Walk up to the WSU WEPA station, swipe your Cougar card to log in, and select files to print.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Option 2: Print from an application<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\" start=\"1\">\n<li>From within an application, choose File -&gt; Print.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose a <strong>WEPA<\/strong> printer (b\/w by default). Choose b\/w, color, and one or two sided here.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Print and the WEPA app will load. (This can take a while, wait\u2026wait\u2026wait)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the WEPA login page, click the lower right blue button <strong>No account, print now and get a WEPA code<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Print job will upload and a print code will be displayed. Write down this code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Walk up to the WSU WEPA station.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap <strong>Don\u2019t have a card<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap <strong>Have a code<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the code. Choose print, then swipe Cougar card and choose either Cougar cash or WEPA account balance to pay.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Add Print Funds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Option 1: Add funds directly to WEPA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\" start=\"1\">\n<li>Go to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wepanow.com\/login\">WEPA website<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>School<\/strong> pulldown menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose \u2018<strong>Washington State University (WSU)<\/strong>\u2019 and wait for the WSU Login page to load.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the WSU Login page enter your Network-ID and password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the WEPA Welcome page click on the blue \u2018Members Area\u2019 link.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Deposit Funds<\/strong> then <strong>Select A Payment Method<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill out the fields using your preferred payment method.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Option 2: Deposit funds to your Cougar Cash account on MyWSU<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>See <a href=\"https:\/\/cougarcard.wsu.edu\/use-your-card\/cougarcash\/\">CougarCASH webpage<\/a> for instructions. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Printing Instructions for Community Patrons<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Community patrons (not affiliated with WSU or EWU) will need to first create an account through WEPA in order to manage the printing payment, and then print either by uploading a document to the WEPA website or directly through an application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Create an account<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>Login to your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wepanow.com\/login\">WEPA account<\/a>.\n<ol>\n<li>Click on <strong>Register<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter fields for <strong>Create an Account <\/strong>and click <strong>Submit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Login&nbsp;<\/strong>tab and enter your Email and Password.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deposit funds into your account:\n<ol>\n<li>Click <strong>Deposit Funds&nbsp;<\/strong>then <strong>Select A Payment Method<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill out the fields using your preferred payment method.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tag a card at either print station to allow easy swiping to release print jobs.\n<ol>\n<li>Walk up to either WEPA station.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap <strong>Don\u2019t have a card.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap <strong>WEPA Account Login.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the WEPA Login page, enter your Email and Password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once logged in, tap the blue pulldown menu icon in upper-right corner of the screen. (Blue square with 3 white lines.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap <strong>Manage Tag<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap <strong>Add\/Replace Tagged Card<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Swipe your preferred card (eg. Driver\u2019s License).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Print<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Print Option 1: Upload to WEPA website<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Login to your WEPA account (see Step 1). Choose print, then swipe tagged card.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n    <\/div><\/section>\n\n<section  class=\"wsu-section  wsu-width--full wsu-color-background--white\"  >\r\n    <div class=\"wsu-section__inner wsu-width--content\">    \n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading  wsu-heading--style-marked\">Scanning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Library has a free scanning station that can be used to copy documents, pages from books or journals, etc. We do not have a photocopier, but documents can be photocopied by scanning them and then printing the scanned documents using the printing instructions above.
