Join us for a three-part educational series exploring the intersection of healthcare, law, and emerging technologies. Presented by Judge Jeffrey R. Smith, JD, PA, a Spokane County judge and former physician assistant, this engaging series will provide healthcare professionals with practical insights into legal issues that impact clinical practice every day. Through discussions on medical-legal fundamentals, malpractice risk, and the evolving legal considerations surrounding generative AI, participants will gain valuable knowledge to help them navigate an increasingly complex healthcare landscape with confidence. These hybrid sessions are open to professionals across Washington State, both within and beyond the WSU community.
