His work bridges public health, health policy, and Indigenous methodologies to support equitable research and policy change in Tribal communities. Dr. Allick\u2019s background spans roles in healthcare data analytics, community health needs assessments, and facilitating culturally grounded listening sessions across the Pacific Northwest. He plays a leadership role in the NIA-funded Natives Engaged in Alzheimer\u2019s Research (NEAR) project, where he helps implement the \u201cBrain Train\u201d model to support community-engaged Alzheimer\u2019s and dementia research.
