Floyd College of Medicine<\/a> to honor the university&#8217;s late president.<\/li>\n<li>Dr. John Tomkowiak <a href=\"https:\/\/medicine.wsu.edu\/features\/john-tomkowiak\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">is hired<\/a> as the college&#8217;s first dean.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>December<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The College of Medicine <a href=\"https:\/\/spokane.wsu.edu\/extra\/2015\/12\/01\/wsu-college-of-medicine-submits-medical-school-accreditation-application\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">submits is application<\/a> for medical school accreditation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>*As we said, these are just some of the highlights at WSU Spokane this year.
