JB LLC plans on maintaining the primary facades of the building.<\/p>\n<p>JB LLC <a href=\"http:\/\/www.spokesman.com\/stories\/2016\/jan\/31\/developer-picked-to-redevelop-jensen-byrd-by-wsu-s\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">will now enter negotiations<\/a> with WSU Spokane on a lease agreement. It&#8217;ll also allow for WSU Spokane health sciences students to gain experience on campus in a health care setting.<\/p>\n<h3>Joyce P.
