This integration allows employees to seamlessly sync their approved time-off entries or corrections from Workday directly to their Outlook calendars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This exciting new functionality helps make planning easier for individuals and teams by improving calendar visibility across systems and reducing the need for manual calendar updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What You Can Expect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Future Approved Time Off Synced to Outlook:&nbsp;<\/strong>Any time off requests or corrections that were approved and scheduled for a future date before the integration launch will automatically appear in your Outlook calendar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Automatic Sync for Any&nbsp;<em>New<\/em>&nbsp;Time Off Requests or Corrections<\/strong>:<em>&nbsp;Newly<\/em>&nbsp;approved time off requests or corrections in Workday will appear in your Outlook calendar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Real-Time Updates<\/strong>: Any changes or cancellations made in Workday will automatically reflect in Outlook.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Improved Coordination<\/strong>: Managers and team members can better plan around absences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Getting Started<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No action is required from employees to implement this new feature.
