Inland Northwest Research Symposium

Join your fellow WSU scholars in presenting your research, scholarship, or creative work at the Inland Northwest Research Symposium.  This annual poster session will be held March 26, 2024 on the WSU Spokane campus.

As a participant, you will have the opportunity to share your work firsthand with colleagues, students, and the general public. You can field questions, exchange ideas, and connect with potential collaborators.

Keynote Address: Hannibal Person, MD FAAP

Dr. Hannibal Person is a gastroenterologist and psychiatrist in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology and an assistant professor at the University of Washington School of Medicine. Hannibal has a long history of focusing on health equity program development. He has contributed his skill set to the Department of Pediatrics’ research initiative as a co-investigator and co-facilitator for the Bias Reduction in Medicine tailored for pediatrics (BRIMP+).  He currently serves as the medical director for the Center for Diversity and Health Equity (CDHE) at the University of Washington – UW Medicine.
