Schulz Academic Center (SAC) and WSU Health Sciences Library. For students, your CougarCard grants you access to the U-Fit Fitness Center and the Interprofessional Learning Commons. CougarCard holders also have access to utilize the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spokanetransit.com\/\">Spokane Transit Authority (STA)<\/a> bus system.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wsu-note  wsu-note--border-autumn\">\n\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wsu-note__title\">\n\t\t\tNon-WSU Spokane Card Printing Services\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\n\n<p>WSU Spokane does&nbsp;<strong>not<\/strong>&nbsp;offer CougarCard printing services to non-WSU Spokane students (e.g., students enrolled at WSU Global or other WSU campuses). As you make purchases using your card, the purchase amount is deducted from your Cougar CASH account. Your Cougar CASH is a debit account, not a credit account.
