College of Pharmacy Research Day

College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences Research Day.

The morning will be dedicated for research presentations, followed by lunch in the PBS lobby and poster presentations in the afternoon in the PBS lobby.

Keynote Speaker: Candice L. Willmon, Ph.D., 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

The Write Stuff, Transition from Bench to Medical Affairs

Faculty will make oral presentations from 11 a.m. to noon in Walgreens Auditorium (PBS 101). Graduate students in the Pharmaceutical Sciences Graduate Program, professional students in the Doctor of Pharmacy program, and undergraduate students in the Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) will be available with their research posters from 1 – 3 p.m. on the first floor of PBS.

The annual College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences Research Day and SURF are supported by the ASPET (American Society for Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics) Summer Undergraduate Research Fund, Louise F. Holzer Darden Quasi-Endowed Research Fund, the Sue Harriet Monroe Mullen Innovative Cancer Prevention Research Fund and James & Diann Robbers Student Research Fund.
