Spokane Cougar Leadership Summit

The 3rd annual leadership summit will feature principles from the award winning Tidal Leadership course to help you discover, then build upon, your own unique leadership style.

Attendees will explore personality types, effective communication, consensus building and conflict management.  This experiential Leadership Summit will engage participants in defining what leadership looks like for them at this point in their careers.  Additionally, participants will reflect on their individual leadership style and strategies for communicating effectively with diverse groups.  Participants will experience how they collaborate and make joint decisions and identify ways to improve their effectiveness at the individual and group leadership level.

Cost is free for WSU Spokane students and $5 for all others. Complimentary morning refreshments and lunch will be provided to all attendees.
