In the morning, we conduct the first portion which is applicable to all employees. In the afternoon, we split off into 2 different retirement sections depending on what your employment type is; there are different retirement options for different employment types. The Department Chairs and Directors Training Workshops are designed to address the needs of current and experienced chairs, faculty and administrators of academic units. Human Resource Services collaborates with the Office of the Provost to coordinate this annual series addressing such topics as faculty performance reviews, personnel issues, recruitment, leadership and communication.
